Thanks to the great reviews on here I called and spoke to the owner who I could tell right away was a very good person who answered all my questions. And he lived up to that reputation. While I never met him in person the crew he sent to do my concrete floor included his father who is an awesome concrete expert and they completed the job in one day with great efficiency and professionalism! It was a brutal hot day too and they weathered it without complaint. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! It's nice to know there are contractors this good out there!

We needed concrete steps going down a hillside which we proving to be more challenging than I, as the homeowner, thought. During the estimate, Iconic Contracting was upfront regarding the size of the steps, what would be required, as well as the estimated time and cost. We were provided with pictures of similar jobs to get an idea and all our questions were promptly addressed. Once we agreed, a contract was provided. The job took longer than expected to begin but the weather caused our hillside to be too wet to work on. Disappointing, but no ones fault. Iconic employees arrived timely. They were professional and cleaned up everything each day. The job was completed in the timeframe specified. I was extremely pleased with my steps and would use them for other jobs or recommend them to my friends.

Jesus and his team were a pleasure to work with. Efficient, friendly, and professional. The project was a complicated one that involved working with multiple entities such as the city and the water authority. Jesus was efficient in working with these entities to ensure a proper steps were taken and the project met the expectations of said entities. During the project the sidewalk needed to be rerouted and during their work they set up clear barriers and detours and even helped our neighbors navigate the area while they worked. The project turned out better than expected and I would absolutely hire them again.
